ICMSP 2019

International Conference on Intelligent Control, Measurement and Signal Processing (ICMSP 2019) which jointly organized by Xi'an Shiyou University and AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center was held successfully in Xi'an Shiyou University on 28th Dec, 2019.

The open ceremony was held in Yanta Campus of Xi’an Shiyou University and hosted by Jie Wu, Dean of School of Electronic Engineering, Xi’an Shiyou University. President of Xi'an Shiyou University has addressed at open ceremony.

The conference invited Prof. Jie Li, PhD Supervisor of School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Academician of The Engineering Academy of Japan, Prof. Takeyuki Hashimoto from Kyorin University, Japan, Prof. Jing Zhou from School of Electronic Engineering of Xi'an Shiyou University, Prof. Zahriladha Zakaria from Microwave Engineering of Malaysian Technology University and Prof. Alex Noel Josephra, Department of Embedded Technology, School of Electronics Engineering VIT University, Vellore, India. They had keynote speeches on Industrial IoT and Security Design, Image Reconstruction of X-ray CT and Tomosynthesis, Discussions on the Progress and Key Technologies of Rotary Steering Systems, A New Class of Microwave Bio-Sensor with High-Measurement Accuracy for Material Characterization and Their Applications and Zernike Moments based Image Analysis and its Usage in Bilingual Scene Text Recognition.

In the afternoon, there are two seminars in the Academic Report Hall, Conference Center, Yanta Campus of Xi’an Shiyou University. It covers the theme of measurement and control technology and intelligent instrument, photoelectric detection and measurement technology, intelligent control and automation, signal and information processing and artificial intelligence and robots.

The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in intelligent control, measurement and signal processing. And another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world.
